You need to go to medical school & gain the primary medical qualifications of the Bachelors of Medicine & Surgery (usually variations of MB ChB, MB BS etc dependant on the awarding univerisity) .
You then need to do ur foundation course in medicine for the first 3 years, of which at that time u will called a Senior House Officer. You then take prelim tests in medicine called the 'MRCP' or Member of the Royal College of Physicians in 2 parts. When u have passed this u can take up a Specialist Registrar position as a cardiologist in training. After 6-8 years as a registrar u gain a certificate of Completion of Specialist Trainining in general medicine & cardiology (dual qualification) & have the right to take up a consultant position in the UK.

You need to get good A levels & apply to medical school. After 5 years u qualify as a doctor. Then u have more years working as a House Officer in various specialities. You then have to apply for a job on the next rung which is Senior House Officer. The next stage would be to become a registrar which requires further qualifications for MRCP. All this time u would be working in the field of cardiology (SHO onwards). To become a consultant u will have to have experience as a registrar & be lucky enough to be a successful applicant for any vacancy.
You have a long hard slog ahead of you. Good luck
