For best treatment of OCD, there r a few antidepressants which r most effective. One being, anafranil. Prozac is also good.

Yes it is possible. You could ask a doctor about that. But every person handles medication differently. No two people r alike. I have heard of that combo working for OCD before. I was on those medications & they did not work for me. I had really bad sideafects. Almost caused death. The doctor stoped the lamictal & had me on seroquel & buspar insted. after a while my body started to reject the medications. i am now reseraching & practicing alternative medicine wich is now working for me.
