IN YOUR OPINION, why are cardiologists important??

Well I have (and always will have) a cardiologist because I was born with several heart defects (most required open-heart surgery to repair). I am doing fine now but every year I get an appointment to have a follow-up with my cardiologist, just to see how my heart is doing & making sure one of my defects is not worsening the condition of my heart. I just know that without the amazing Cardiologists & Cardiac-surgeons, I would not be alive today. They r extremely important to my life as well as thousands & thousands of other people that have heart defects, conditions, & disorders that require seeing a cardiologist!

Because without them, I'd probably be dead by now.

IN YOUR OPINION, why are cardiologists important??

Because when someone focuses and specializes in one specialty, they can advance their skills and knowledge beyond what a general practicioner can have.

IN YOUR OPINION, why are cardiologists important??

Because heart disease runs in my family, and without it my grandmother would have died much sooner (she died this week of a heart attack), and my father would probably be gone by now too. He is had a bypass, several angiograms, and a stint placed in his heart.
