It is at these times that a cardiologist uses his expertise to open clogged arteries & saving lives. But cardiologists r also experts in helping people control their blood pressure, reduce their cholesterol levels, & reduce their overall risk for heart attacks & strokes. They r concerned with helping u keep ur heart healthy before any damage occurs, as well as repairing any damage that is found.
