My mom was usually the cause of them and they would last for maybe 20 minutes, nonstop, would pull out huge clots. A couple times they'd start on their own. l do not know if it is something to mention to the cardiologist or if maybe my nose broke? My nose is kinda big and crooked now.

Nose bleeds can mean you have high blood pressure or that your liver is messed up and it is not making enough stuff to stop the blood clots. The cardiologist would want to know about this to make the proper diagnosis. It is always a good idea to give them too much information than because small symptoms that you'd think is not important can mean a diagnosis that is right and wrong.
You should mention everything to your doctor. It will help them to treat you as best as possible.
